This training includes online classes and certifications as well as at least one week of training at a manufacturer facility per year. In addition, after a service call you will often receive a visit from one of our field supervisors. They are there to ensure that the technician completed our Total Quality Call process, so that not only was your problem resolved, but a comprehensive list of preventative maintenance procedures were followed to ensure maximum uptime. They will also ensure you are satisfied with the corrective action taken by the technician and any recommendations made.
Core Business Solutions guarantees an average emergency (machine down) response time of 2 hours and an average response time of 4 hours on all service calls. This high level of responsiveness will be continually maintained as we know you rely on your equipment today more than ever before. We maintain this response time to remain a certified PROs Elite 100 member.

Since our Help Desk is staffed by factory trained technicians and certified network engineers, we first ensure the problem is diagnosed correctly then if possible try to resolve that problem immediately by providing instructions over the telephone or remotely logging in to your network. Our goal is to get you back up and running ASAP!
Core Business Solutions offers all-inclusive maintenance programs that include parts, labor, toner, and unlimited access to our Help Desk, all at low monthly rates. Time and materials repair, labor only repair, and other options are also available.
